Thirsty Thursday: Pumpkin Pie Martini

It’s officially fall and I’m feeling that here in Illinois. The second I saw Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Pie Liqueur at the grocery store I grabbed a few [too many] bottles to quench any pumpkin cravings that may arise from now until the spring – which seems so far away! Here’s just one of my new favorite fall cocktails:

Creamy Pumpkin Pie Martini

1 Jigger Vodka
1 Jigger Fulton’s Harvest (or any pumpkin pie liqueur)
1/2 Jigger Vanilla Cream
Graham Crackers, crushed
Whipped Cream (optional)
Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional)

If you want to get all fancy then you can crush up some Graham Crackers and rim a martini glass. Next, place vodka, liqueur, and cream in a shaker. Shake well! Pour into glass and garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.

Mmmm! I love the fall!
