Thirsty Thursday: Easter Style!

This cocktail is perfect for your springtime sweet tooth. Perhaps even more perfect while the kids are running around hunting for eggs you can enjoy more adult-oriented fun. And why not grab a giant chocolate bunny to nibble on while you’re at it – it only happens once a year, right?

Easter Bunny

What You Need:

  • 1 1/2 oz dark crème de cacao
  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp cherry brandy

Get Mixin’:
Pour the crème de cacao and vodka into a cocktail shaker that is filled with ice. Shake! Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes. Float chocolate syrup and cherry brandy on top.

Float: To carefully pour a small amount of liquid that balances as the top layer of a drink. This is done by using the back of a barspoon to gently disperse (or float) the ingredient on top of the ingredients already in the glass.
