Perfect Peanut Butter Cookies

I will admit that I am a peanut butter lover. I am obsessed. Some ladies crave chocolate while surfing the crimson wave, I on the otherhand am very abnormal. (Go figure.) I crave globs of peanut butter. On toast. On a spoon. With oreos. I don’t care, I just love it. And then I wonder why I have a fat ass.

This year I’m baking an uncanny amount of cookies for the holidays. I will be putting them in pretty tins and Christmas tree shaped containers and gifting them. Thanks, Economy, this is what my holidays have come to! So, today, I shall share my simple, peanutbuttery morsels with you. Get a glass of milk ready, these babies are rich!

3 Cups of Peanut Butter (smooth or chunky will do)
3 Cups of White Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by spoonful onto a baking sheet (smash with a fork if desired). Bake for 10 minutes. They will harden as they cool.

*you can subsitute Splenda if you’re on a diet, but if you’re on a diet, why are you eating cookies?*

    The USA is the only country I have ever been too where you can find peanut butter everywhere! I've never seen anything like it. The cookies sound like they will be very tasty!
