It’s Thirsty Thursday again! And it’s time for…

Cocoa with a Kick

What You Need:
2 Bars of Chili Chocolate, grated (like Lindts)
2 Cups of Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Preparation:
Warm milk in a small pot, stir in grated chili chocolate. Stir until melted. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Serve hot!

I concocted this easy recipe after trying the Lindt Chili Chocolate. (They carry it at Walgreens or CVS.) It’s sweet, but it finishes with a subtle taste of red chilis. It’s my easy version of Mexican Hot Chocolate.

  2. interesting recipe. i've always seen the chili chocolate at the store but never been brave enough to try it. and now in a hot chocolate with cinnamon?? sounds like a fun recipe to make for my dad actually. i dont know how i feel about all that spice but i like your taste in most things so i may just have to give it a go. saw the bucket project site..looks good!
